Here is our full schedule of events for Easter this year…
Saturday March 27th
- 10 am – Palm Cross Workshop in the Fellowship Hall
- 12 Noon – Youth Rock Painting at the Family Shelter
Palm Sunday March 28th
- 10 am – Livestream Service via YouTube and Website
- 11:15 am – In-Person Outdoor Service on the lawn
- 12:30 pm – Palm Cross Drive-thru via Cherry Street Entry
Beginning with our 11:15am Outdoor Service on Palm Sunday, our playground area is available and open to provide for a safe child friendly space during these services. Families are encouraged to sit nearby (or within the fenced area) if that offers peace of mind while worshiping. We will have at least one adult available inside the playground area to help in the care of children who attend. Families are also encouraged to bring some favorite quiet time sorts of toys or materials for their children to enjoy. We will also have some simple worship bags available too!
Holy Week (Mar 29 – Apr 2)
Online Holy Week Readings Services will be available daily at 12 noon on Monday thru Friday.
These can be found with all other online worship content on our main page.
Wednesday, March 31st 4:00-5:30 pm – Drive-Thru Holy Communion and Lovefeast to Go opportunity.
For Maundy Thursday Communion Service and Good Friday Lovefeast offered online. (This is for those who DO NOT plan to attend the in-person services and will participate online only.)
Tuesday, March 30 – Friday, April 2 at 6:15 pm daily – Outdoor Evening Vesper Services on the Lawn
Plan to bring a chair, a blanket, and your own dinner picnic if you would like.
Tuesday (Mar 30)
The Laurel Ridge Staff offers us a skit about the Young Rich Ruler and will lead our music.
Wednesday (Mar 31)
Will include a play about the Woman at the Well, music, a devotional, and prayer.
Thursday (Apr 1)
Will include a play about Nicodemus and a celebration of Maundy Thursday Communion.
Friday (Apr 2)
Will include a play about Mary Magdalene and celebrate Good Friday with a Lovefeast. (We will provide lovefeast buns, you are asked to bring your own beverage.)
Dressing God’s Acre (Apr 3)
On Saturday, April 3rd everyone is invited to come and place flowers on God’s Acre as you see fit after 1pm. From 9am-1pm, other groups will be working in God’s Acre to prepare for Easter Sunday morning. If you cannot come after 1pm please let the office know so we can help find a better time that suits your needs!
Easter Sunday (Apr 4)
6:30 am – Gathering on God’s Acre with an antiphonal Band Prelude (Online Sunrise Service available)
6:45 am – Easter Sunrise Service on God’s Acre

Congregation members are not required to fill out this reservation form, you will be checked as at outdoor services.
10 am – Livestream Easter Service via our YouTube Channel and Church Website.
11:15 am – Outdoor Easter Worship on the Lawn
Our 10am Livestream and 11:15am Outdoor Worship services will continue through May 2.
Please note our Boards have determined that masks and social distancing are required during all Indoor and Outdoor worship services and church gatherings at this time.
