Member Selection | Election of Officers: The nominating committee presents names to be voted on by the Women’s Fellowship. Other nominations maybe made from the floor with the nominee’s consent. A majority of votes of members present constitutes an election. Should a vacancy occur during the year, the nominating committee shall present a name to the Executive Board for election by the fellowship.
Each circle’s officers are appointed or elected. Committee chairpersons are elected or appointed by the President. |

Membership | All women of the congregation are members of this organization, together with friends who desire to be associated with the work. | |||||||
Member Terms | The officers serve a term of one year. At the end of that year the vice president becomes the president of women’s fellowship. In the event the president cannot complete her term, the vice president becomes president and a new vice president is elected to finish the term. | Chair

Purpose: | ||||||||
To unite all women of the Moravian Church in a Christian fellowship to make Christ known throughout the world and to develop a personal responsibility for the whole task of the church. | ||||||||
Roles and Responsibilities | ||||||||
1. Oversee and coordinate the alter flowers for regular worship and special services during the year.
2. Prepare and deliver small poinsettias for families that have lost an immediate family member during the year. 3. Coordinates and oversees the placement of flowers on unattended graves for the Easter sunrise service. 4. Oversees the upkeep of the kitchen and parlor including the furnishings of both. 5. In charge of celebrating special occasions of the congregation such as anniversaries, receptions and ordinations. 6. Delivery of items to Crisis control and Sunnyside Ministry. 7. In the event of a death of a member’s immediate family the Women’s Fellowship will provide a meal to the family, coordinate and provide a reception, or send a memorial gift in memory of the deceased to the charitable organization of the member’s choice. 8. Keep a list of the furnishings and appliances of the parsonage and a yearly check to see if any repairs need to be made to the residence. 9. Creates an Advent wreath and maintains Christmas decorations in the sanctuary that are placed there by the Candle Tea committee. |

The scope of the work of the Women’s Fellowship shall be the needs and interests of today’s women and the concerns and responsibilities of today’s church in today’s world. The Women’s Fellowship shall sponsor spiritual growth, mission, education and outreach and service opportunities. | ||||||||
